Privacy notice

Big Win Week is operated by an individual publisher. You can reach the publisher through the contact form; no public email address is currently offered.

Ordinary browsing sends your IP address and request details to the hosting server and Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site. Public pages also load a Cloudflare analytics beacon. Game demos and other third-party players do not load automatically. If you select Play on a video preview, an embedded YouTube player loads and connects your browser to YouTube under its own privacy practices. Preview images are served by this site. The site does not sell visitor information.

If you use the contact form, we store your selected topic, message, optional reply address and submission time in a private WordPress inbox. We use them to handle the request and delete the submission after 90 days. We do not store the sender IP in the message; a temporary salted rate-limit key is kept for up to one hour to reduce spam. Avoid including sensitive financial or identity documents.

Optional external-demo and age choices, if those features are enabled later, are stored in your browser’s local storage. They are not a substitute for legal age verification. No public reader registration is available in this release. Administrators use WordPress login cookies to manage the site.

To request access, correction or deletion of a contact submission, choose “Privacy request” in the contact form and give enough detail to identify your message. We may need to verify that a requester is entitled to receive or delete it. Applicable rights and complaint routes depend on your location.
